Grabbing life by the hook, inside closed communities and cults, and cooking on the cheap

Tom Nash is DJ and quadruple amputee. Going by the stage name DJ Hookie, he's played in clubs from Kings Cross to Tokyo. He joined Andrea Ho for a deeply moving philosophical but also very funny conversation about coming through adversity and why he can't stand the term 'resilience.'

Also, recipe designer and author of "$10 meals", Chelsea Goodwin shared her tips on how to make your dollar go further for dinner - and still make it delicious.

And our Writer, Erina Reddan joined to discuss her book Deep in the Forest and how researching a novel about a cult made her realise she may have grown up in one.
