So, what is high functioning anxiety and how is it different to your average household variety anxiety – and what strategies work to break away from it? How mastering self-compassion, nurturing relationships and adopting mindfulness are just some techniques that can help. Phil Clark will speak with psychologist and Beyond Blue spokesperson Luke Martin, along with Sophie Scott, medical journalist and author of Beat High Functioning Anxiety on recognising the symptoms and circuit breaking techniques.

We're going to explore three alternative building materials - mud bricks with designer and building specialist Mike Young, rammed earth with Dean Burge from Rammed Earth Constructions and massive timber constructions with Adam Jones from CLT Toolbox.
