Polycystic Ovary Syndrome is a neglected, under-diagnosed and under-researched women's health condition that affects around 13 per cent of women. It is often misclassified as an isolated reproductive disorder, despite the fact that it has far-reaching implications for women's metabolic, psychological, and pregnancy health.

A recent review by a team of world leaders in PCOS research and care, led by Monash University, has identified best practice evidence and treatment approaches.

Professor Helena Teede is an Endocrinologist from Monash University's Centre for Health Research and Implementation, who led an international team across 71 countries for the review, joined Philip Clark with the latest on this often-neglected condition.
