Sleuth 101 -  Late And Live

Kimberley Davies plays Rachel Timms, an ambitious radio newsreader with a great future ahead of her – that is until someone strangles her with a mic cable just before she reads the midnight news. Guest detective Julia Morris is thrown into the graveyard shift on this one, to pick through the studio full of suspects.

When he wasn’t behind the mike, was smooth talking DJ Johnny Velvet (Paul McCarthy) plotting his own murderous plan? Or perhaps long-serving and loyal radio producer Ann (Collette Mann), who was responsible for producing Rachel’s last story? Maybe funny gal Judy (Felicity Ward), the station comedian and Rachel’s friend, had a dark side that wasn’t that funny. Studio tech Nigel (Toby Truslove) had a major crush on Rachel, could her murder simply be a case of unrequited love?
