The highly anticipated second season of Heartbreak High has arrived (finally). It’s filled with drama, heartfelt moments but most importantly (at least in our humble opinion) ... a banging playlist.
Encapsulating a broad spectrum of songs spanning over a variety of genres, decades, countries, etc, it features 100 tracks, all of which bring something a little bit different to the program.
Coordinated by Music Supervisor Jemma Burns, she explores how intentional the selection process was with relation to uplifting local emerging acts.
“Alongside international A-listers, we’re still very much leaning into highlighting local underground groups and music scenes and emerging Aussie acts”
