Tackling sex trafficking: The Grey Man
Sex trafficking is one of the biggest international criminal industries, with child sex trafficking accounting for a significant part of this.
Disturbingly UNICEF has already reported cases of child sex trafficking in post earthquake Haiti.
It can seem like an insurmountable problem but one secretive Brisbane based organisation is tackling sex trafficking head on in South East Asia - rescuing victims and trying to get the traffickers brought to justice.
'The Grey Man' is a Brisbane-based charity made up mainly of former policemen and military personnel. We hear from one of its founders who goes by the name of John Curtis.
Then chief executive of Childwise, Bernadette McMenamin, gives her view of the rescue approach and airs her frustration about what she sees as the inaction of governments on child trafficking.
