The Hunter New England Health Service gets an $85 million increase on last year's funding, taking the total spend to $1.35 billion.
The Government has also announced $15 million for new court facilities at Armidale and funding for police stations at Tenterfield and Moree.
An allocation of $2.5 million has been made towards a $52 million Newell Highway bypass at Moree.
Already announced funding for the Chaffey, Copeton and Lake Keepit dams will be provided, as will funding for TAFE upgrades at Tamworth and Armidale.
